Today we do not smoke, no, today WE DRINK!!! Well, that is we drink three different flavors of The Best Dirty Lemonade THC Infused Drink. This infused beverage comes in 12oz bottles and is ready to drink right out of the bottle. For the sake of today’s review I sampled three flavors from this company – Lemonade, Blue Raspberry and Strawberry.
Well folks, let’s just cut right to the chase here – I did not like these. I really like to give all the product I sample a fair chance. I never want to be someone who just bashes something. So I am going to try to explain WHY I did not like this product.
- Smell – Very strange and unnatural smell on all three. And keep in mind, I’m just going to say that these comments on Smell, Appearance, Taste and high apply to ALL three flavors.
- Appearance – When you pour these out into a glass the colors are crazy! They are like no colors in nature. I’ve seen more natural color from a can of RockStar. Take a look at these photos! The Blue on the Raspberry looks like one of those drinks they order on a Spaceship.
- Taste – Oh boy, how can I describe the tastes? Well the most intense flavor you get from these is sugar, tons and tons of sugar. They mostly taste like you’re just drinking the liquid in a freeze pop, only it’s not frozen. I drank the Blue Raz and the Strawberry first. Each one tastes nothing like raspberries or strawberries. By the time I got the lemonade I was praying for just something normal tasting. Nope, they couldn’t even get that right. The lemonade tasted like it was created by someone who just learned about lemons from chemical breakdown of their components.. Gross.
- High – Here’s the toughest part folks. By law, most drinks in Recreational Dispensaries in Massachusetts can contain no more than 5mg of THC. Now, 5mg’s is considered a “beginner” dose. So, that means even a BEGINNER will have choke down 12 ounces of this to feel a buzz. I would have to drink a 6 pack of this glowing sugar water. No thank you!
So, in summary, I cannot recommend these. I wish they tasted better, I wish they used more natural ingredients. I wish they were smaller and easier to drink all of them. I wish they were stronger. Oh well.
